Criteria
Scholarship applicant must be a full time undergraduate student majoring in Civil Engineering, in their freshman year, and in good academic standing.
Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Scholarship applicant must be a Texas resident.
Scholarship award is based on financial needs.
Scholarship award is renewable provided the recipient continues to meet eligibility criteria.
